Product measurements / dimensions are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual size delivered may sometimes vary slightly.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

For in stock items, your order will be dispatched between 1 and 3 working days and should be delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of order. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, it is out of my hands.

Shipping charges vary depending on location and product weight. The total charge will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email after dispatch.

Once your order is placed, we make sure it is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner.

Returns

Unfortunately, products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We cannot resell earrings once they have left our premises. And because we are a small business, we do not have the capacity to accept and process returns, unless the item is defective or broken during transit. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.
