1. Where We Ship
We ship to Portugal, Europe, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
For in-stock items, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping is available on orders over €60 for Portugal.
- Free shipping is available on orders over €90 for all other destinations.
5. Order Tracking
All domestic orders are sent with a tracking code so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
6. International Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for details. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
7. Package Responsibility
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages during transit. If an issue arises with your shipment, please contact the carrier or reach out to us directly.
