Welcome to Thaiane Handmade Jewellery. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Thaiane Handmade Jewellery is an independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal, specialising in handmade polymer clay jewellery. Each piece is made by hand, one by one, with care and attention to detail.

2. Our Products
All our pieces are handmade and therefore unique. As a result:
- Items may have slight imperfections — this is a natural part of the handmade process and what makes each piece special.
- Colours may vary slightly from the images on our website, due to photographic lighting conditions and differences between screen settings.
- Measurements and dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece.
These characteristics are not considered defects. Please look carefully at the photos and descriptions before purchasing, and contact us if you have any questions.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is unavailable.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We will not store or collect your payment card details. Payment information is processed directly by our third-party payment providers and is governed by their privacy policies.
5. Shipping
We ship to Portugal, Europe, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on orders over €60 for Portugal and over €90 for all other destinations.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 5–10 working days. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
6. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Portuguese and European consumer law, you may exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been used or worn and is in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been worn. Items that are personalised or custom-made are also non-exchangeable.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange an exchange or a suitable solution at no extra cost.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only issued where an item arrives damaged and an exchange is not possible.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us with your order number at shop.thaiane@gmail.com or WhatsApp +351 925 619 355. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and branding — is the property of Thaiane Handmade Jewellery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thaiane Handmade Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
